Day 7, Eyes of Awareness

The game “Kim’s Game” has given us a lot of joy.
We often play this game with plants in the children's and youth camps. One of the leaders collects 5-7 different plant leaves and puts them in a row. The children are divided into groups of 2-4. In front of all the groups, the cover is removed for about 5 seconds. Now it's time to find the right leaves and put them in the right order. The children run around and are looking for the leaves.
It's a lot of fun.
I like to participate as an individual too when another person has prepped it.
As an upgrade we tell them that they are all edible plants, except one which is poisonous. ;-) That makes the game even more intense.
Can you right now, without looking, remember what is behind you?
Draw it and observe your awareness.
Interesting what I have forgotten. However, I am happy to integrate this exercise into my everyday life.
Journal questions:
Did you have fun today?
What kind of reminder did you set up today to remember these exercises?
Are there animals that also make wide-angle vision?

I look forward to this afternoon when my parents come by and we are going to have a garden day together. With some awareness training. ;-)
May your day be blessed with a lot of fun and health.
Thank you for being on this journey with us,
Michi and Jon
