28 Days Connection First Journey
Day 13, Activating Tactile Sense
Beautiful good morning my dear friends,
It's a cool morning here. A few minutes ago, when I was standing in the garden with my cappuccino to greet the day, the sun had not yet risen, I could feel the air flowing through my nose. This often reminds me of the moment when I was camping in the mountains with my friend. After a very cold night, where we slept outside only with our sleeping bags, he said: "It is cooler than -7 degrees Celsius."
"How do you want to know that?"
"From -7 degrees my nose hairs get this special crispy feeling".
I couldn't believe that he felt this and then checked with the temperature over a period of time. This led me to guess the air temperature through the skin every day and then compare it with the thermometer.
Can you feel your nose hair right now?
Raccoon Hands exercise:
At the Sit Spot, sit at your favorite spot (Anchor Point).
Close your eyes, use your sense of touch to check out the immediate area.
With your eyes open, find defining points that indicate that you are at your Sit Spot Anchor Point and explore them with your sense of touch. Imagine you have to find your way there in the dark.
Close your eyes and listen to your whole body.
Share with your partner.
Journal Questions:
What does your sense of touch tell you right now?
Which organ made itself noticeable?
What is your connection to the sense of touch?
How is your memory of your Sit Spot and Anchor Point evolving?
What else did the sense of touch teach you today?
